A National CONFAB Delegate Playing Scrabble At Plenary

This national CONFAB delegate was captured on camera playing scrabble on his laptop while at the plenary session 2 days ago. Earlier on, others have been photographed sleeping while discussions were going on. Each of the delegate at the National Confab were paid million Naira to participate in the conference and discuss the way forward for Nigeria.
